Using SnapWork

Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Global Fit Room Supply LLC, which operates the SnapWork service (“SnapWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you use SnapWork to request, book, coordinate, perform, or review supported everyday property services.

Effective July 18, 2026

1. The service

SnapWork helps customers at homes and supported local workplaces describe one task or a mixed list, view service options, request or make payment, coordinate eligible SnapPros and qualified partners when required, receive updates, approve changes, and review completed work. Supported services may include cleaning, laundry or folding help, organizing, touch-ups, assembly, yard help, selected handyman tasks, and property upkeep. Availability, service area, pricing eligibility, and SnapPro matching are not guaranteed.

The applicable service and SnapPro agreements identify the provider of record, responsibilities, and relationship for the specific work. These customer terms do not state that every SnapPro has the same relationship with SnapWork.

2. Scope, pricing, and automated results

Photos, videos, and descriptions may be analyzed with automated tools. Results are estimates based on the information provided and can be incomplete. Licensed, hazardous, unclear, multi-service, measurement-dependent, or higher-value work may require human review before a final price or booking. You are responsible for providing accurate access, condition, measurement, business-use, and hazard information.

3. Payments

Payment details are entered with Stripe. A job is not paid or confirmed merely because a checkout window opened or closed; SnapWork relies on verified payment status. Charges, authorization or capture timing, deposits, cancellation terms, refunds, and credits are shown at checkout or confirmed in writing for the applicable job.

4. Appointments and access

Arrival windows are estimates and may change because of traffic, prior jobs, safety, access, or SnapPro availability. Customers must provide safe and lawful access, disclose relevant hazards, keep children, animals, employees, customers, and visitors away from the work area when appropriate, and have authority to approve work at the home or business.

5. Additional work and changes

If conditions differ from the submitted scope or more work is requested onsite, the SnapPro may pause and send an updated scope, price, or scheduling request through SnapWork. Billable extra work should not begin until the customer approves the change through the authorized SnapWork process. Direct off-platform arrangements are outside SnapWork's payment, support, and quality controls.

6. Safety, permits, and licensed work

SnapWork is not an emergency dispatch service. Call 911 for immediate danger and contact the utility or an emergency licensed trade for active gas, electrical, fire, flooding, or utility hazards. Work requiring a license, permit, engineering, regulated abatement, or specialized inspection may be declined or referred to a qualified partner.

7. Customer and SnapPro conduct

Users may not misuse the service, submit unlawful or deceptive requests, harass another person, bypass security, share private tracking links, manipulate reviews, interfere with payments, or use information obtained through SnapWork for unrelated solicitation. SnapPros must follow the approved scope, applicable law, safety practices, verification requirements, and status and location rules.

8. SnapPro eligibility, availability, and job offers

Before receiving work, a SnapPro must complete the eligibility review then required for the services they offer. Requirements vary by service and may change; customers should rely only on qualifications or credentials expressly shown in the applicable booking or service agreement. Eligibility review does not guarantee conduct or results. Where the applicable tools are available, SnapPros may indicate availability, schedule windows, service areas, and supported work types. A job offer is not an assignment until accepted and confirmed through SnapWork. SnapWork may limit, pause, or remove access for safety, quality, fraud, eligibility, or policy concerns.

9. Reviews, communications, and accounts

Users consent to service communications needed to manage a request or job. Marketing messages are optional where required by law. Reviews must reflect genuine completed work and may be moderated for fraud, threats, private information, or unrelated content. You are responsible for safeguarding account codes and tracking links.

10. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by law, SnapWork is provided without a promise that every request can be matched, scheduled, completed, or diagnosed from media. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions about a specific job should be raised promptly so records and evidence can be reviewed.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. For support or a legal question, text (707) 345-4121 and include the related job reference when available.
